Little Lasse
Once upon a time there was a brave little man, who called Little Lasse. He sailed around the world in a pea-shell boat. One day he went to a kailyard to steal a pea stalk. The gardener heard a noise in his territory. The gardener gave him the best pea beds. Then he opened the shells with a pin, split them carefully in two, and broke small little bits of sticks for the rowers' seats. He put the peas in the boats for cargo. Some of the shells got broken, some remained whole, and when all were ready Lasse had twelve boats. Now the ships must sail around the world... Read the story till the end to know what happened next!
