Mircea Cartarescu is a Romanian poet, novelist, and essayist. He is the author of El Rutelista. Marian Ochoa de Eribe also translated Cartarescu's Ruletistu to Spanish. Carlos Pardo is an editor and a poet who is one of the organizers of Cosmopoética, an annual poetry festival held in Cordoba, Spain.
