About the Author

Lt. Col. Scott Ostrow is chief of the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Recruiting Training Branch at Robins Air Force Base, GA. In 2004, he served in Iraq as administrator, deputy commander, and officer in charge of the 332nd Contingency Aero-medical Staging Facility’s medical support flight.
