About the Author

By the time I was born, my two sisters, Greta and Doris, where much older. I was the baby and the very last male Einstein to be born.

On that September 10th day in 1945 when I came into this world, breach birth, my father Alfred Einstein had already owned twenty-seven companies. He was, in fact, a bonafide billionaire. In addition to owning that many companies, he was laundering money for the Sicilian Mafia since he was twenty-one. Unfortunately he didn’t listen to anyone about his smoking of five packs of Camels per day because he died of cancer at age 59.
Because of Mom and Dad’s extreme wealth, I hardly ever saw them. If it wasn’t for my nanny, Josephine and my bodyguard Joseph, all I would be seeing everyday would be four walls and my toys.
Like many other people, I had to grow up fast. Before I knew it, I enlisted in the Navy after my schooling, rather than be drafted. Young in life, I believed in the American flag, and the freedom it afforded everyone and the chance for children to be children before they have to face the full brunt of life.
After the Navy, I joined the Peace Corps with a great opportunity to help people for two years in the Middle East. The most valuable lesson I had learned working with people on the other side of the word is, all of us have the same emotions. The only real difference is food and dress.
After the Peace Corps, I was fortunate to work in the state and federal government. I enjoyed my work immensely. Isn’t that half the battle? After many years of rewarding work, I retired.
Shortly after retiring, I received the worst news I had ever gotten, my oldest sister who I loved more than my own life was dying of a brain tumor. Without any reservation, I’ll tell you Greta was the most courageous person I’ve ever known to date. Before she died, she had a vision of me in a dream. She told me I would be a very successful writer. She said it was my creativity that was uncanny. A few years after she passed away, I was accepted in the largest writing school in this country. I learned so much about writing and myself over those two years. After just a short time of entering the school, my teacher Lois told me that I had the so called “X factor” they all look for as teachers. I honor Lois with this first book and want to prove her right.
Consequently, seven years later, here we are, you and I with “My Uncle Albert” my first book which happens to chronicle my time spent with my uncle. After its release
