Each volume is packed with photographs, diagrams, charts, sidebars, and first-hand accounts. The books do an excellent job of breaking down the disease or disorder in easy-to-understand terms. Because of this, the set would be best suited for middle-school students who are just beginning to utilize more advanced research skills.
