Pepper - Never Say Never: Book Three in the 'Never' Series Trilogy
Pepper’s life and business in Milan was thriving. She was one of the top fashion designers in all of Europe. Major fashion industry buyers were fighting for her designs. She had high standards and some of those buyers would never, ever have her designs.
After several visits back to Waverly, South Carolina to visit her identical twin sister and her newly married mother, the peaceful little beach town was growing on her. She was missing being nearer to her family. There was also something, or rather, someone else enticing her to Waverly, namely an irritating, egotistical, chauvinistic and rude male. She just didn’t figure that last part for a long time however.
She couldn’t leave her business and her employees high and dry. Part of her ‘family’ was in Milan with her – her best friend and ‘sister-in-heart,’ Shannon. She couldn’t leave her behind.
Unless she could figure out a way to continue her business, keep her employees working and be in Waverly all at the same time, she would be remaining in Milan.
Pepper and Shannon discussed all the options, pros and cons. What looked like could be within reach also looked like it would never be able to happen.
As time goes by and impossibilities do happen, Pepper finds that not only with work but other events, she learns to never say never.

About the Author

I was born an Army brat in Alabama. After my father retired from the military, we moved to Minnesota where I lived until after college. Getting away from home to go to college meant driving across the Red River (5 miles) to North Dakota State University for a major in Psychology. My oldest brother introduced me to my best friend and fantastic husband while I was still in high school. He was already attending NDSU for his third degree. Needless to say, we are very strong alumni supporters to that university. GO BISON!
My husband and I knew each other for nine years before we married. He was already in the army when we married, so we moved quite often. I am militarily oriented through and through.
We are now retired and living in Tucson, Arizona. Yes, it is a dry heat and that makes all the difference in the world no matter how many jokes there are about it. Through our travels, we’ve been able to extensively tour all fifty of the beautiful United States, several Canadian provinces, many Mexican cities and several of the Caribbean Islands. Our bucket list is still so long and growing by the day, we’ll have to live until we’re three hundred in order to cross everything off our list.
One item that was on my bucket list was to write a book. I seem to inhale any genre of books available and wanted to try my hand at writing my own. I have two non-fiction books already published under a pseudonym. They have both done very well. This trilogy was my first try at fiction however. When I was almost finished writing “Remie – I’ll Never Forget You,” my husband suggested I make the story into a trilogy, which after a very short consideration, I thought it was a wonderful idea. I love reading trilogies because I get to keep the characters with me that much longer. They begin to feel like my friends. I then went back and made several changes, to include changing dates.
Now that I have finished with this trilogy, I will truly miss the Hollister family and friends. They have lived with us in my mind for over a year now. My husband enjoyed their company right along with me.
I hope you enjoy reading these books as much as I’ve enjoyed writing them. I’m testing ideas in my brain for other storylines. Now that I’m finished with the ‘Never’ series, I can’t wait to get started on another.
