Another great book by Author P.S. Winn. It was a sweet love story and actually the author could turn into another book as well. I was on pins and needles that something was going to happen to the baby, but Author Winn pulled it off and the baby was safe. Mysteries around every corner and I love that in a book. Realities is a compelling mix of mystery, conspiracy theory, science fiction, and love story. The plot moves forward quickly, but not at the expense of character development. The characters are not fully developed; however, they are developed enough to get a sense of their personalities and their circumstances so that readers will be drawn to the protagonists.

It's a well-crafted story that, in typical Winn fashion, has us considering the ramifications of American workers being exposed to hazardous waste despite employers' knowledge of the risks. Yet it is the concerns of the possible effects on their offspring that presents a long-term danger. Mandy is forced to deal with this as well as health problems affecting Dale. Her ability to cope with these dilemmas while building a new family life will make your heart sing.

Broadway Superstar

I really enjoyed this short but intense story of Mandy and her son Josh, and her brief love affair with Dale, punctuated by his demise. It is a bit of a tear jerker in that regard. Dale comes along when Mandy is preggers and after her boyfriend has ostensibly killed himself. Mandy has concerns that her boyfriend might have passed along something problematical to her son Joshua.
