Todd R. Carpenter is a retired United States Naval Officer, and veteran of Operations Desert Shield/Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is an FAA certificated Private Pilot working towards an instrument rating, and is a bladder cancer survivor.
