Like the Brewster triplets, Jennifer Ziegler is a native Texan and a lover of family, history, barbecue, and loyal dogs. Although she only has one sister, she does know what it is like to have four kids living in the same house. She is the author of several books for young people, including Sass & Serendipity, and How Not to Be Popular. Jennifer lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, author Chris Barton, and their four children.

The triplets from Revenge of the Flower Girls are back, and multiple forces are conspiring to ruin their Christmas. They are cast as angels in the upcoming pageant (they had practiced looking wise and reverent in hopes of playing the Wise Men), someone is vandalizing neighborhood holiday displays, financial stresses are adding to the family’s problems, and that’s all before the weather comes into play. As in the previous book, the narration rotates among Dawn, Delaney, and Darby, and their distinct personalities shine as they work together to try to solve each problem. The girls’ penchants for big-ticket vocabulary words, continuing love of presidential trivia, and willingness to go to any lengths to set things right all contribute to a funny and satisfying sequel.
