The projects can be easily adapted to any age or skill range, and there are numerous tips for such adaptation. Though the title lists "40 Craft Projects," that number does not reflect the many simple suggestions that Neuburger makes to elaborate on or tweak the forty main projects. Readers will enjoy the friendly, helpful tone of the book and will delight in the bright photographs that show Neuburger's storytelling ideas in action. This book is organized very clearly and contains a table of contents, an index, a materials list, and a list of websites for on-line stores that sell items that may be required for certain of the projects. Also included is a section devoted entirely to the more elaborate puppet theater project, which section supplies reproducible (and adorable) illustrated puppets.
