Why Is It Hard To Get Little Things Out Of The Water?

There is something in the water. I want to get it out.
But when I move close to it, it waves all about.
I know that I can catch it. I must not make a wave.
Slowly. Slowly. I advance. Till I catch the little stave!


What Makes A Rainbow?

Finger in the water makes waves that we can see.
Flipper under the water makes waves we feel not see.

Nickel on the siding makes waves we feel, see, hear.
Nickel on the faucet makes waves we only hear.

Sunshine in the window is waves we feel and see.
Sunshine in the shower makes waves we see, differently.

Sally had a little soap, its bubbles white as snow

I need a splash or flare to stretch me to the air.

Why Aspirin Speeds Up Melting

In the little glass

Mix, mix, mix the melt with some aspirin
Unfrozen,

Unfrozen.
The melt does not freeze again.
