Most of the featured haunted spaces described are in specific buildings or rooms located on college and university campuses. Baylor University in Texas is home to a collection of writings by Elizabeth Browning (although she never visited this country). Her ghost is thought to visit the library on occasion. Eugene O’Neill attended Boston University and now hangs out on the fourth floor of Shelton Hall where he had lived as a student. A man in an old-fashioned three piece suit appears at the University of Tampa and the ghost of a young woman whose fiancé died during the Civil War haunts Augusta University. A total of ten spooky sites are described. The accompanying photographs include pictures of buildings, rooms, people, and appropriate memorabilia.
