About the Author

After being in a family business for 55 years, I decided to retire and devote my time to writing self-improvement books. I have taken many courses in various areas of psychology and self-help.

I always liked teaching and while living in New York City for a while, I became an after-school tutor working for the board of education, teaching one-on- one with 8th graders. I was given free-reign and taught any subjects that the students needed, including reading, writing, and math.

I moved to SC where I am now teaching 2nd and 3rd graders the multiplication table, among other subjects and how to ready. I devised a mnemonic device that helps students learn the table very quickly. I have 16 ebooks, published or are on the drawing board.

I became a professional magician at the age of 46, which helps me to keep students focused on learning good study habits. As the saying goes, if you want to know how to get to Carnegie Hall, practice!
