About the Author

Tina D. Eliopulos is a graduate of Boise State University and Eastern Washington University. She has served as both poetry and fiction editor for Red Rock Review, a national literary journal published by the Community College of Southern Nevada. She has also taught composition, creative writing, poetry and literature courses. She is currently working on a collection of poetry, Burn; a Greek cookbook, In Yiayia's Kitchen; and a creative writing textbook for young writers.


Todd Scott Moffett graduated from the University of California-Irvine and Eastern Washington University. In 1994, he began coordinating the Writing Lab at the Community College of Southern Nevada. He currently teaches composition, literature, and creative writing for CCSN and grammar for the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and serves as associate editor for Red Rock Review.
