Living under the protection of a surreptitious government agency, ERIC DECOVNEY and KATE POLLARD are forced to take on new identities as SEAN and JENNIFER ELLIOT. The identities have held for three years, but a local news station happens to catch a momentary shot of them and broadcasts it to the millions of people in NYC. Eric was not the only one to escape the destruction at IT. DONALD BURKE, whom is still taking the experimental drugs, is using his ability to cross over to the “flip side”, to this reality, and terrorize victims of his demented urges. Seeing the newscast, Donald sets out to find Eric, and of course kill him in the most horrific manner he can imagine.
