About the Author

Paul Sidoriak has been creatively cooking outside since about the age of 10, when he and his mom grilled a pizza because it was too hot to cook in the kitchen. He hasn’t considered putting down the barbecue tongs since. His first cooking job was at age 16 at a golf course in Glastonbury, Connecticut, where he immediately fell in love with cooking on a flat-top grill. Since then, Paul’s culinary skills evolved and manufacturers adapted flat-top grills for home use, making them extremely popular with outdoor cooking enthusiasts.
