About the Author

I am an avid gardener who is interested in the way children view the world. My love for writing fueled my passion to write The Garden.

My education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and creative writing and a Masters degree in Publication Design. I taught digital photography workshops at the University of Baltimore, Daytona Beach Community College and Flagler County Adult Education in Florida. My abilities and skills to write and lay-out books have enabled me to self-publish and sell thousands of how-to books to students and photographers.
