A mad inventor had been allowed to run roughshod over their farming communities as he tested his gigantic new inventions. His latest invention, a ‘cloud snatcher’ took the clouds from the sky before they had shed their precious load of rain, leaving the farming community drought-stricken. The politician didn’t care because he was friends with the Prime Minister. The adults tried everything they could but it proved hopeless.
