The Marplot Marriage
An innocent mistake has unexpected consequences: caught in a compromising situation, the mischievous Phoebe Bridgerton and stuffy Charles Hargood are forced to marry in order to avoid ruin. Unfortunately, Pheobe and Charles have always - outwardly at least - professed to despise each other.

Neither expects happiness from the marriage. But Phoebe never suspected that the priggish Charles might be involved with another woman. Nor did she expect the knowledge to wound her so deeply. Have her feelings for Charles changed?

Phoebe suddenly finds herself engaged in a desperate battle to save a marriage she didn't know she wanted. Now, she is ready to try any scheme, no matter how outrageous! But how can she possibly succeed, when everyone seems to be working against her - including her own husband!

About The Author
Beth Andrews was born in Nassau, Bahamas, and is the youngest of four children. Beth has worked in the editorial department of Nassau's oldest newspaper, The Nassau Guardian (1844) Ltd., was an accountant at a furniture store, the assistant manager in a small music store, and is now office manager for a medial practice.

Beth enjoys music (classical, country and calypso are favorites), theater, dinner with friends, and the beach. Travel is another enjoyable activity, including trips to Germany, Italy, Isreal, and Cuba as well as two Caribbean cruises, and a short hop to Florida, the only place visited so far in the U.S.

Beth loves to write ... everything from poety to song lyrics to short stories, novellas and, at last, full-length romance novels. One Night Enjoyed, Beth's second novel, will soon be published by Regency Press. Another novel is currently under construction.

What People are Saying About This

Lily Martin

Beth Andrews is a polished writer who moves the people and the story along smoothly. The bumps on the way are those met by the characters and not the reader. THE Marplot Marrige is either a thoroughly enjoyable romp with an affecting romance, or a gripping love story with some very funny bits. In either case, it will satisfy the taste of any Regency lover. (Lily Martin of ROMCOM)
