The Peace Eagle
One night after watching crying children in a burning town where the Taliban had come in and killed all of the adults, and seeing all of the killings from drug wars, I had a dream. What if there was no war and how could, a world without war be possible? I knew that negotiations and sanctions wouldn't do it. The only way was to kill all of the bad guys.

I had a dream about Jack Knight, a soldier's soldier, some special people, and a love that would save his soul.
We had tried with the military with little to no avail. I dreamed that peace would have to come from special powers. That's where the special people wanting peace on earth came from.
The bald eagle is the symbol for America strong. What better thing for an eagle to do than bring peace? Thus the Peace Eagle...

I am a first time writer. I cannot claim responsibility for all of my book. Most of it came from my dreams, very strange and vivid dreams.

About the Author

Dale Ward was born in a small town in southern Iowa. In 1968 he joined the army and eventually became a Green Beret. When Dale got out of the army he went back to college and earned his degree. For the last twenty years of his working career he sold medical instruments, but always had the military on his mind. He hated the way the United States was running the war on terror. The nation had become a bunch of wimps.

Until the last few years Dale never dreamed, at least he never remembered his dreams. He doesn't know why he started, but he thinks it had something to do with the state of the world. Islamic Extremists started killing people for no reason. They started killing their own people and beheading people on television. There were more people getting killed because of drugs than the soldiers killed in war.
His frustrations of how things were going in the world started to manifest themselves in his dreams. When he would wake up in the night with a vivid dream he would write it down. Dale put all of the pieces together and came up with this book.
