About the Author

Prof. Bhushan Kachru, MBA and PGDPM from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi has over four decades of eventful experience in HRD, Learning & Development, Training, Motivational Coaching, Counselling and Mentoring. During his long career, prof. Kachru has coached and mentored hundreds to convert their personal failures to success. He is currently on the HR&OB faculty with Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida (UP), and has been program Director for Institute's several Management Development programs.
