Description: Convinced that a militia leader holds the key to finally exacting justice, Deputy Marshal Mason Raines enters the destroyed city of Lexington. With sanity continuing to slip away, President Pike orders the abduction and murder of General Carr. As plans falter and allies depart, he is forced to accept that a larger showdown is coming. Battle lines are being drawn, and in the end, only the most ruthless will be left standing.

Dr. Arthur Bradley holds a doctorate in engineering from Auburn University and currently works for NASA. Having lived all across the United States, he writes from personal experience about preparing for a wide variety of disasters, including earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, house fires, massive snowstorms, electromagnetic pulse attacks, and solar storms. He holds a black belt in Kenpo Karate and is highly skilled with all manner of firearms.

He has been featured in the New York Times, Money magazine, the Toronto Sun, Popular Mechanics, Men's Journal, Costco Connection, and numerous radio shows.
