About the Author

Dr. Raymond P. Marshall is a devoted husband, father, doctor, gardener, author, pioneer, psalmist, inventor and fixer of broken things. Dr. Ray’s life was changed after hearing what had happened to him as an infant: “After a traumatic birth, I was on a respirator and having seizures. My Uncle came to the hospital and made an alignment on my spine. After the intervention, I began to breathe on my own and stopped having seizures. Later, when I found out what had happened to me, I said, ‘That’s what I’m going to do!’”

Growing up in the hills of West Virginia in a very primitive home, all odds were against him. But destiny reigned, and after High School, he attended Marshall University, where he met his wife Dr. Mary Marshall. They were married in 1992 and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic where they graduated Magna Cum Laude. Together they began their practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Keeping the passion alive to help the hopeless, he has developed equipment for children with special needs as well as individuals with incurable and chronic problems.

With his wife, Dr. Mary, Dr. Marshall started Hands of Care, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides specialized care for special-needs children. Currently the Marshalls practice in Owasso, Oklahoma and have been blessed with four sons.

His passion, along with his wife and family, is to see those who are sick and hurting be healed, made whole and find their purpose in life.
