About the Author

Erica Cleven is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who, like so many other parents, learned first-hand that getting kids to LIKE healthy foods can be a struggle. With a witty sense of humor and the fervor to never give up, Erica brought what she learned to her community. She founded a kids' cooking class called Mix It Up: a fun, no-pressure class where kids try new foods, create their own culinary masterpieces and discover that healthy food isn't so terrible. Hundreds of kids later, these "victory bites" inspire her to share her love of wholesome food that tastes great with a larger audience.
