About the Author

Chef justin Reed is a global chef that travels the world in search of authentic ingredients. While at home he explores the Pacific Northwest with his wife Vicky and their golden retriever.
Brenda Higgins was born in Dublin in 1963. She has been working as a professional artist for the last sixteen years, initially based in Wicklow, Ireland and now in Malaga, Spain. From 2000 to 2016 Brenda held many individual shows and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Ireland and Spain. The Irish Revenue Commissioners recognised the standard and quality of Brenda's work by the granting of tax exempt status in 2001. This is only awarded to artists whose work has been approved as being of the highest standard by a panel of government appointed adjudicators. Brenda's work can be purchased privately, through commissions and at exhibition. In addition to her project works, Brenda conducts private and group tuition in oil, watercolour and acrylic painting.
