Unscrambling Grief (Illustrated)
I've led an interesting life of both tragedy and blessing, which is why I put pen to paper and wrote Unscrambling Grief - the heart-wrenching story of our loss of two daughters, for two different reasons.

It's an easy read of just over an hour, illustrated with humorous cartoons to make a point in a light-hearted way. The guest speaker at the book launch described it as a must read book for everyone, because grief bypasses no-one.

Unscrambling Grief concludes with stories written by others, about their foray on this unwelcome path. It's filled with hope and encouragement, to spur you on to cope with your own journey or that of a friend.

Readers are describing this book as relational and real - not like a text book.

About the Author

Married to the same man for 37 years, we have 2 adult children. Our son lives in Melbourne and is an Aircraft Engineer and our daughter has an International Tourism Degree and is now doing a Masters Degree in Teaching.

My background is in dentistry with children, where I learned the art of distraction, rather than using local anaesthetic and sent home happier patients. I love to arrange flowers, I play the piano and enjoy speaking German when I get the chance.

Several years ago I wrote my fist book, 'What we’re Wheelie like’ and began public speaking, whilst flower arranging. It’s become a trade mark that intrigues my audiences.

My journey thus far, hasn’t always been a bed of roses. We’ve lived through the tragedy of losing two children, which prompted my second book, 'Unscrambling Grief’.

It’s an easy read of just over an hour, and it’s illustrated with humorous cartoons to make a point in a light-hearted way. It was described by the guest speaker at the book launch as a must read book for everyone, because 'grief escapes no one'.

I'm passionate about giving people the hope and encouragement to explore new possibilities to help them get the most out of their life.
