About the Author

Yoram Kaufmann, Ph.D. is a Jungian analyst who originally trained as a physicist in his native Israel, and earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from New York University. He has been on the faculty of the C. G. Jung Institute of New York, where he also served as a member of the training board. His innovative work on the nature of the objective psyche has made important contributions to Jungian psychology as well as the overall vision of the Assisi Conferences.
