About the Author

Charlene Christie has self published 10 children's books to date, 6 of which are available in Spanish. Charlene Christie was born in the great city of Toronto, Canada. With a family of 6 siblings, child's play and story telling was a normal part of the everyday for her. Her sister use to write stories daily and read them to her before bed and her imagination went wild. It was then that she really connected with the magic of childhood dreams and the hope that lives within all children.

She began volunteering at a young age in daycare and public schools and pretty soon, was running the entire children's program at her church. She had a lot of pride in this job and put on several large productions with the kids during her time there.

She is a dreamer at heart and a sucker for a happy ending and She hopes to put a spark in your child's eyes with her books.

Once in a while when I delve into self help I take it very seriously and make sure that I am providing more use factor than what my readers will have to pay for the book.
