Overview

Natalie and kid brother Denny (revealed in MY AUNT, THE MONSTER to be a magician) are spending the summer at their beloved uncle's horse farm. Natalie is thrilled by the power of magic, but learns that while you can sometimes control it, magic can also control you. About the Author

Mary Stanton began her writing career with one of the most-beloved beast fables of our time; THE HEAVENLY HORSE FROM THE OUTERMOST WEST. She loves writing for younger audiences and loves writing about magic but, after the YA fantasy series The Unicorns of Balinor appeared in 1994, she spent most of her career in the adult mystery field.
