A child should never be in fear of his or her own parent. The purpose of this small storybook is to show children that the abuse they were raised with does not have to continue into their own families when they grow up. The author wrote this small story based on his own childhood and his experiences having an abusive father. With more awareness of the struggles some families have, it is hoped that parents are able to get the help they need to bring an end to the bullying that is often times carried on from generation to generation.
