Anita and Deborah are ‘Light Fantastic’: offering day retreat ‘workshops’ with meditation in Norfolk UK.

As the pace of change on the planet increases, on physical and spiritual levels, it is important for us to be both grounded and more integrated with our higher self or greater consciousness. Meditation techniques are a wonderful tool for achieving these states. We use beautiful guided meditations and have selected easy and effective techniques for achieving a meditative state such as: mindfulness, using the breath, chanting mantras, qi gung. We recognise that everyone has their own path and so our aim is to provide you with opportunities for experiencing a variety of techniques. You will then be able to identify what feels right for you in a peaceful, relaxing environment.

About Anita and Deborah:

ANITA

Originally trained as a teacher, Anita has a BEd

(Hons). For fourteen years she has worked in the adult training

Sector.

Her own personal learning about esoteric subjects and her spiritual

development have been an intrinsic part of her everyday

life. She has practiced Transcendental Meditation since

learning it in Greece in the 1980’s.

Anita has focussed with increasingly on meditation and

other aspects of spirituality. A Reiki Master Teacher and

graduate of the Awakening Your Light Body and Radiance courses

with the School of the Living Light in Ashcott, Somerset,

Anita runs a spiritual development group and

workshops.

DEBORAH

Deborah holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental

Science from the University of East Anglia. She is qualified

in Therapeutic Massage and taught meditation

and lifestyle courses. She also qualified in Reflexology

and Seated Acupressure Massage and is a Reiki Master.

Deborah has been running and developing her own

successful Complementary Therapy and Healing practice

since 1997.

Spiritual and professional development tend to

converge through her interests in Bach Flower Remedies,

Emotional Freedom Technique, Jin Shin Jyitsu, mantras,

meditation and Tai Chi. As an avid reader of spiritual and

esoteric material she has assisted many clients in finding

their own spiritual path.
