About the Author

Marcus Session is a former pro basketball player and currently a businessman, educator, and college professor. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and a Master of Public Administration from Texas Southern University. He has over 10 years experience in the area of servicing “at-risk” youth and secondary education, also being certified as a school principal. Marcus is excited to blend current research, and opinions from personal experience working in the field of urban outreach and education in order to produce a literary product that is intended to help professionals become better at servicing at risk-teens, through relationship building, thus helping teens to succeed to levels they never could've imagined.
