About the Author

Derib and Job have been writing “Yakari” stories for over 30 years and have both received lifetime achievement awards for their outstanding work. At the comics festival at Angoulême in 2006, Yakari won the “prix jeunesse 7-8 ans” or “youth prize 7-8 years.”
