Robert K. Tanenbaum is a former two-term mayor of Beverly Hills and a highly successful criminal prosecutor, but most people familiar with Tanenbaum know the Brooklyn native for the 30-plus books he has written over the years. The author's work, the vast majority of which is crime fiction, puts the breadth and depth of his knowledge of the legal world on display, charged with a palpable realism. His celebrated Butch Karp series includes the 2016 thriller Infamy, along with more than two dozen other novels.
