Bobbye L. Hudspeth lives on a farm in Northern Alabama with her husband Clark and their family of horses, dogs, goats, chickens, and other animals, many of them rescues. Extensively published in nonfiction, she has had a lifelong love of writing fiction as well, and this is her first novel. Behind the Grey reflects her deep interest in the history of the South and the Civil War era.
