Cash was born Reginald Alexander and raised in Cleveland, Ohio but lived most of his life in Atlanta, Georgia. He decided to start writing fiction while incarcerated at a state prison in Georgia. His style is gritty, raw, and real. Even from the depths of confinement he has an imagination that's in overdrive. His debut novel Trust No Man was released under the Wahida Clark Presents imprint in 2009, and the Trust No Man trilogy went on to reach hood classic status. It remains one of the most respected street novels in the industry. Since making his debut with WCP, Cash has since formed his own publishing company Lock Down Publications. Under LDP the author's star has shined brighter than ever with critically acclaimed novels such as A Dirty South Love, Shorty Got A Thug, Trust No Bitch 1&2, and Thugs Cry 1&2. Cash is presently in his 22nd year of incarceration but he remains strong and he strives to teach through the power of his pen.

Dying from AIDS, a mother offers advice to her three teenage sons. Khalil, B-Man, and Quantavious listen as they're told not to let money, bitches, or envy come between them. Okay, sure. Like THAT'S going to happen. Years later, Quantavious, or Q, is a soldier for Fazio, an Atlanta drug kingpin. Strippers Diamond and Vee Vee slip Fazio a date rape drug and steal a kilo of cocaine. Q comes across the passed-out Fazio and piggybacks on the robbery by lifting 79 more kilos of coke plus $270,000. Thus begins an epic saga of crime, prostitution, betrayal, and descent into addiction. Women set up men, men set up women, and some of them foolishly believe it's all for love. Meanwhile, Q parlays his stolen fortune into fabulous wealth. Yet everything comes with a price tag, as the brothers learn that nothing sends a louder message than bullet-riddled bodies dumped in gutters.VERDICT Many plot twists threaten to cloud the story, but realistic street scenes and authentic dialog will see readers through. Fans of the author (Trust No Man; Trust No Man 2) will snap up this one. A friend tells B-Man, "Shawdy, I got that dro. Twist up one of these."
