process design.
Tim Creasey is the Chief Development Officer of
Prosci, leading research efforts and guiding product
and service development. He serves as managing editor
and contributor for the Change Management
Learning Center and has written hundreds of change
management tutorials. Tim is a frequent conference
speaker and is the lead facilitator for Prosci’s wellknown
change management webinar series.
