Contemporary American Poet Larry Cruikshank was born in California and raised in the seaside town of Santa Cruz. He attended Santa Ana College as well as Cabrillo College in the 1970s and began his poetry writing then. His poems are passionate and honest, with the focus being on human emotions that young and old can relate to. Married, with three grown children and seven grandchildren, he currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
