Arthur J. Burks (1898-1974) was a prolific American author who often wrote more than a million words per year. His works appeared in a variety of pulps during the 1930s and 1940s, including Weird Tales, Gangster Stories, All-Detective, and Astounding Stories of Super-Science. During the 1960s and early 1970s, Burks' work focused on metaphysics and the paranormal.
