Linda is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music and has recently retired from
the Austin Symphony Orchestra after twenty-two years as a section violinist.
Her work with children started with her own three sons and a daughter. When the
family moved to Kamakura, Japan, she taught English to various groups and individuals,
including six classes of students at a girl's school, Misono Jogakuin, in Fujisawa.
After twelve years in Japan, she returned to the States, finished her schooling at
Eastman and moved to Austin, Texas, to be near her sons and grandchildren. It was
there that she began the weekly Bible lessons with her grandchildren - which became
Love Your Enemies.
She lives in a Massachusetts country home with her husband, John, and is working
on Part Two of Love Your Enemies.
