Ms. Larsen has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal several times for articles about food trends and holiday cooking, and her recipes have appeared in Good Housekeeping’s “Quick and Simple” magazine. She concentrated on food safety, working around allergies and guests’ preferences, and inexpensive party foods.
