We are excited and proud to introduce you to one of many new/old incredibly illustrated horror comics from the Golden Age of the genre. It's fitting that we publish a masterpiece, illustrated-story titled,"The Man Who Bribed Death" from the No. 4 edition of the rare "Witchcraft" comic book published in 1952. The pages you see have been scanned from an original copy of this masterpiece.

This vintage, terror masterpiece is not only built on a foundation of good story, good plot, great characters and the horrific consequences they bring upon themselves, it is also a beautiful work of retro art. It reaches for your guts -- and is nothing like the slick, pretty stuff of today's comics!

    IMPORTANT:

We have worked diligently to find a way to present this fine work on an e-reader like the Nook and the color Nook. Because graphics take up so much space, and because e-book screens are smaller than traditional comic books, we have carefully formatted no more than 2-panels to each page. In some cases, just one panel is displayed on a page-- when the image is large.

This ensures that you the reader of our vintage horror comics can read them comfortably and enjoy them to the fullest! However, because of the size of the file, downloading sometimes takes more time -- so please do not be alarmed if it takes a minute or two for the title to show up on your reader.

Also, because of the large size of the file, we have combed what we consider the best of the best stories -- so you will get only the highest quality of the genre.

Finally, you can read this comic masterpiece on a black-and-white Nook or a color Nook. It goes without saying that on a color Nook the experience is excellent because of the bright clear colors that are brought to life.

We intend to publish many of these classics, so you can count on seeing more new/old titles over the coming months.

Again, because of large size of comic files, we can only publish one or two good stories or chapters per download, and they are priced accordingly. As technology changes, we look forward to a time when this limitation no longer applies.
