PreS-Gr 2-A little bear describes situations in which she feels jealous, such as when her mother pays too much attention to someone else or when someone has something she wants, and how she copes with the emotion. Jealousy is defined as a "prickly, hot, horrible feeling" that everyone has. Children will be reassured to see that what they experience is universal and can be handled.
