Hit the Spot Gold Series -- The Sizzler Total Body Workout contains five minutes of warming up, 31 minutes of alternating aerobics and sculpting/toning exercises, an eight-minute concentrated abs and thighs workout, and four minutes of cool-down stretching. This video is geared towards women trying to reduce their weight.
