Since the late '80s, Denise Austin has been infusing fitness and weight loss instruction with her signature motivation style on television (ESPN and Lifestyle) and through her home video series. Hit the Spot Gold Series -- The Sizzler Total Body Workout contains five minutes of warming up, 31 minutes of alternating aerobics and sculpting/toning exercises, an eight-minute concentrated abs and thighs workout, and four minutes of cool-down stretching. This video is geared towards women trying to reduce their weight.
